About Ashridge Trekking

Ashridge Trekking and Riding Centre is a riding centre that offers trekking and horse riding lessons. Our riding stables are situated in heart of the National Trust Ashridge Estate, close to Berkhamsted and Tring in Hertfordshire. London is a 30 minute train ride away. Our pony treks, horse rides and riding tuition are suitable for adults and children from the age of four; beginners, intermediate riders and advanced riders. We tailor make the treks to suit the riders ability.

THE FARM

There are many amazing rides and things to see in Ashridge. Its a 5000 acre Deer Park as well as being steeped on history. What better way to discover Ashridge then on horseback.

I had an amazing hack at Ashridge Trekking Centre. We rode for around an hour and a half and the horses were fabulous

I used to own a horse when I was young and always missed riding but couldn't commit to buying my own horse. This is the next best thing as it allows us to hack out in a relaxed environment. I totally enjoyed being back in the saddle.
